Bartender

Your responsabilities

• Mise en place for daily service

• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

• Help guests choose menu items and take orders

• Prepare bills and handle various types of payment forms

• Responsible for bar inventory and ordering supplies in a timely manner

• Develop new drinks and recipes

• Work closely with all other team members to provide outstanding and efficient service

• Fulfill personal upsell targets for your area

• Comply with all health and safety regulations

• Perform other shift duties such as relevant cleaning or organizing tasks

• Process end of day or end of shift as per company’s standards

Your competencies

• You have the relevant job experience for this position

• You have a good understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques

• You have excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory)

• You are comfortable working in a busy high-volume restaurant

• You are a team player and natural people person

• You have excellent organization and customer service skills

• You pay attention to the details and are happy to take over responsibility

• You are able to work evenings, weekends and on holidays
