Restaurant Manager

Your respobilities

• Lead the Balagan service operations for both F&B outlets

• Hire, train, and schedule team members

• Assist guests and deliver an excellent guest experience at all time

• Be in charge of all service standards as per the company’s guidelines

• Plan and manage beverage orders in a timely manner, ensure proper stock rotation

• Ensure control and compliance with all health and safety regulations and local laws (HACCP)

• Support creating and developing the bar menu

• Support tracking and analyzing revenues and expenses

• Support developing the profitability of the café and restaurant operations

• Support sales & marketing related activities to promote the location

• You have the relevant job experience for this position

• You have excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory)

• You are an aspiring leader and have a vision for the bigger picture

• You are able to teach your team the importance of selling

• You don’t mind getting your hands dirty and setting an inspiring example for others

• You love to be in the middle of the action together with your team

• You are a natural people person and know how to mobilize others

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant start-up environment

• You are well-organized and result-oriented

• You are able to analyze and present the financial performance on a monthly basis

• You pay attention to the details and have the ability to solve problems on your own

• You are able to work evenings, weekends and on holidays
